What's in the box
Contents: every part, with quantities. Select a part for its full specification.
Cameras: 3. Recording time: about 15 days. System: analogue cameras. Reusing existing coax: check its condition and compatibility first.
Recorder capacity
Channel use: the 3 included cameras occupy 3 of the recorder's 8 channels. Spare capacity: 5 channels, available for expansion. Before adding a camera, confirm three points: the resolution the recorder supports, its recording bandwidth, and the power or PoE ports available.
Recording storage
Storage: 1TB, included. Recording time (estimate): 15 days, continuous H.265 recording. Basis: 2MP or less, 1 Mbps per camera; up to 5MP, 2 Mbps; above 5MP, 4 Mbps. Mixed camera models: summed. Actual retention varies with recorder settings, scene activity and the usable storage capacity. Motion-only recording: retention varies with activity.
Before installation
Three checks apply. Included items: the box list shows the cables, power supplies and mounting accessories supplied. Layout: choose cable lengths and camera positions to suit the site; the number of cameras alone does not determine coverage. Each position: confirm the lens field of view, the lighting and the weather protection.
