Questions and answers
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery to any UK address: £5.99 per order, VAT included. Order value £100.00 or more (VAT included): no charge. This is the figure checkout applies. Basis: per order, not per item. A further camera or cable drum added to the same basket leaves the charge unchanged.
What is the dispatch cut-off?
Cut-off: 4pm, Monday to Friday. In-stock items ordered before the cut-off: dispatched the same working day. Ordered later, or on a Saturday or Sunday: dispatch is on the next working day. Items on back-order: dispatch follows once our team has arranged the stock. Their lead time is stated at checkout, before payment.
Is the charge different for Northern Ireland, or for the Scottish Highlands and Islands?
No. The UK-wide terms apply in both: £5.99 per order (VAT included); free delivery from £100.00 (VAT included). Exceptions: Isle of Man, Channel Islands. For an address there, ask us before ordering and we state the charge.
An item arrived damaged, or is not what was ordered. What happens next?
Notice period: a reasonable time. Remedy: at our cost, return carriage included. Statutory consumer rights also apply. Distance sales (orders placed online or by phone): 14 days to cancel, no reason required. Faulty goods: 30 days to reject. Full detail: the returns page.
