How much is delivery?
UK mainland delivery is £5.99 per order including VAT, and free on orders of £100.00 or more including VAT. That is the amount checkout charges. The charge
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday on items we hold in stock are dispatched the same working day. Orders after the cut-off, and at weekends, go out on the next working day. Back-order items are dispatched once our team has arranged them, and checkout tells you how long that takes before you pay.
Can I collect instead of paying for delivery?
Collection is arranged by phone rather than at checkout. Call us before you travel so we can confirm the line is picked and waiting.
Do you deliver outside UK mainland?
Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are quoted individually because the carriers surcharge them. Send us the postcode and the basket and we will confirm the cost before you pay.
What if something arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?
Tell us within a reasonable time and we cover the cost of putting it right, including return carriage. You also have 14 days to change your mind on a distance sale for any reason, and 30 days to reject faulty goods — the returns page states both in full.
