The 5MP 1.5U DVR: Hikvision 32-Channel H.265, 4 Drive Bays (DS-7332HQHI-K4) is a digital video recorder (DVR) for sites with many cameras. It records 32 channels and accepts both analogue and network cameras.
What it connects to
- Five input types: HDTVI, AHD, CVI, CVBS and IP. Old coaxial cameras and newer ones can share one recorder.
- Up to 48 network cameras in hybrid mode. IP cameras up to 6MP are supported.
- Encoding up to 1080p at 15 fps (frames per second).
Storage
- Four SATA bays plus one eSATA port.
- Up to 10TB per drive, 40TB in total inside the unit.
- H.265 Pro+ compression reduces the space footage needs. You still need to fit drives before it can record.
Viewing and control
- Two HDMI outputs. The secondary one reaches 4K (3840 × 2160).
- VGA and CVBS outputs for extra monitors.
- Line crossing and intrusion detection for perimeter areas.
- Alarm inputs and outputs, an RS-485 port for PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) control, and Gigabit Ethernet.
- POS (point of sale) triggered recording and information overlay.
Size
The 1.5U case is one and a half rack units tall. A rack unit is 44.45mm, so allow about 67mm of height.
