The Texecom Premier Elite 24 Control Panel (CAA-0026) is a security control panel for residential and commercial installs. Here is what each headline spec means in practice.
What you get
- 8 zones, expandable to 24. Eight detection circuits out of the box. Going beyond eight means adding expansion.
- 2 areas. The system can be split into two parts, for example a main area and a separate one.
- 25 user codes. Individual codes for different people, rather than one shared code.
- 500-event log, time and date stamped. Past events can be reviewed with when they happened.
- Switch mode power supply. EN rated and energy efficient.
Communications and remote access
Communication runs through SmartCom and SmartCom 4G. Remote diagnostics and upload/download go through Texecom Cloud, so an installer can work on settings without being on site.
