The Texecom Odyssey 1E Decoy Bell Box Dummy Alarm Siren Housing (SKU Texecom-FCA-0409-Premier-Elite-Series) is an empty external alarm housing. It copies the look of a Texecom Odyssey 1 or Odyssey 1E sounder and does nothing else.

What the specs mean on the wall

• No electronics or PCB (printed circuit board): the box makes no sound and has no link to an alarm panel. There is nothing to wire.
• Same external casing design as the Odyssey bell box range: it looks like the genuine unit, so it can sit next to real Texecom equipment without standing out.
• External wall mounting: it is made for a visible building elevation.
• Optional twin flashing LED module, sold separately: this adds the flashing light of an active system. The housing alone has no illumination.

What else you need

This unit is a visual deterrent only. It cannot detect an intruder or raise an alarm. Real protection needs a working alarm system with a genuine sounder connected to a panel.

If you want the box to look live, order the LED module as well. It is not part of the housing.
