Hikvision DS-PDP15P-EG2-WE(B) Wireless PIR Motion Detector

The Hikvision DS-PDP15P-EG2-WE(B) is a wireless passive infrared motion detector designed for use with Hikvision AX PRO intruder alarm systems. The device detects human movement using infrared sensing technology and is suitable for protecting indoor areas such as homes, offices and commercial buildings.

The detector provides a detection range of up to 15 metres with a coverage angle of approximately 85.9 degrees, allowing effective monitoring of rooms, hallways and entry areas. Integrated pet immunity technology helps reduce false alarms caused by animals weighing up to 30 kg.

The device uses Smart Environmental Control (SEC) technology, which combines advanced digital signal processing with 3D optical design to improve detection accuracy and reduce false triggers caused by environmental conditions.

The detector can be configured remotely through the Hik-Connect mobile application when used with compatible alarm hubs. Multiple enrollment methods simplify device pairing during system installation.

Wireless communication includes frequency hopping technology that improves signal reliability and provides protection against signal interference or jamming attempts.

The sensor features a battery powered design with an easy replaceable battery and PCB protection, ensuring reliable long term operation in residential and commercial security systems.
