Product Description
The Hikvision DS-1280ZJ-DM21-W Junction Box for Dome CCTV Cameras White is a mounting base with a hollow enclosure for selected Hikvision dome cameras. It sits between the wall or ceiling and the camera, and it holds the cable connections.
What the specs mean on site
- Aluminium alloy body: a metal enclosure for the connections behind the dome.
- Bottom and side cable entry: you choose the route for the network and power cables, depending on where the cable comes out of the wall or ceiling.
- Internal space for connectors: the joins and spare cable sit inside the box, not on show. This helps on solid walls or ceilings with little room behind the surface.
- White finish: it matches the housing of a white dome camera.
- Indoor and outdoor use: it is listed for both types of installation.
What else you need
The box does not include a camera. You need a compatible Hikvision dome camera, plus the network and power cabling for it. The mounting pattern follows Hikvision dome camera bases used across several models, but it is made for selected domes only. Match it to the camera you are fitting.
Typical uses are residential, commercial and industrial CCTV (closed-circuit television) systems.
