Product Description
The 4K KVM HDMI Extender over Cat6 – 120m Point-to-Point Kit carries a 4K HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) picture with digital audio up to 120 metres (400ft) over one Cat6 cable. Use it when the source has to sit a long way from the screen.
How it connects
- The transmitter (TX) plugs into the HDMI source: media player, PC, Blu-ray player, satellite box or signage controller.
- The receiver (RX) plugs into the remote 4K TV, projector or monitor.
- One Cat6 cable runs between the two RJ45 sockets. Each unit has its own power adapter.
It is plug-and-play. No drivers, software or configuration are needed.
What else you need
- Pure-copper Cat6 cable. The full 120m reach depends on it, and Cat6a is recommended for best performance. Cable is not in the box.
- A direct run. This is point-to-point, so there is no network switch between TX and RX.
In the box
- 1 × HDMI to RJ45 transmitter
- 1 × RJ45 to HDMI receiver
- 2 × power adapters
- 1 × user manual
Where it suits
Large premises where a long HDMI lead is impractical: stadiums, retail stores, conference centres, classrooms, lecture theatres, museum displays, digital signage and surveillance control rooms. Both units are compact, so they are easy to mount or hide. Also listed as HDMI-EXTENDER-4K-120M-KVM.

Which cable gives the full 120m?
Pure-copper Cat6 is required for the full 120 metres (400ft). Cat6a is recommended for best performance.
Do I need to install software?
No. It is plug-and-play, with no drivers, software or configuration needed.
Are power adapters included?
Yes. The box contains two power adapters, one for the transmitter and one for the receiver, plus a user manual.
