The IP67 Waterproof RJ45 CAT6/CAT5E/CAT5 Female Coupler Connector 8Pin Nickel-Plated joins two Ethernet cable runs end-to-end, without a crimping tool. Push an RJ45 plug into each side and the run is extended — useful when a CAT5, CAT5E or CAT6 cable needs to reach further than the original length allows, such as out to a PoE camera at the far end of a garden or along an outdoor wall run.

Why the rating matters

IP67 means the coupler is sealed against dust and against water ingress when the housing is properly closed. That makes the joint suitable for an outdoor cable route, rather than leaving a bare connection exposed to weather.

In the box

Each unit includes the coupler body, two waterproof rubber plugs, two waterproof heads, two rubber plugs and two nuts — everything needed to seal both cable entries once the joint is made.

Because this is a coupler rather than a media converter, it does not add power or repeat a signal — it simply joins two physical Ethernet cables. For longer PoE camera runs, cable length and switch or NVR (network video recorder) PoE budget still need to be planned separately.
