UniStrand 3183Y 2.5mm 3 Core PVC Flexible Cable Black 100m is a three-core flexible mains cable supplied on one 100-metre reel.

What each spec gives you

• 3 cores, 2.5mm² each: three conductors with a larger cross-section than smaller flexible cords, so more current capacity.
• Approximately 25A: the typical current rating.
• 300/500V: the voltage rating for mains use.
• Class 5 copper conductors: flexible stranded copper, compliant with BS EN 60228, the standard for cable conductors. It bends and routes more easily than solid core.
• PVC insulation, black PVC sheath: PVC (polyvinyl chloride) insulates each core. The outer sheath is durable.
• +5°C to +70°C (approximately): the operating range. It points to indoor use in homes, offices and light commercial spaces.
