Toppac-FOOD CONTAINER PL 1200ml

1200ml, in plain terms

The Toppac-FOOD CONTAINER PL 1200ml (SKU: FOOD-CONTAINER-PL-1200ML-WHITE) holds 1.2 litres. That is a little over two UK pints, so it suits a full portion of a main meal or a generous batch of prepared ingredients.

It comes in white.

What the size is good for

• Portioning meals: one container per serving keeps lunches and dinners separate.
• Leftovers: a 1.2-litre capacity gives you room to store what's left of a cooked dish without splitting it across several small pots.
• Prepared ingredients: chopped vegetables, cooked grains or other prep fit in a single container instead of loose bowls.
• Everyday kitchen storage: a mid-range size that works for day-to-day use, not only for batch cooking.

Working out how many you need

Decide how much one portion is, then check it against 1.2 litres. If you cook for several people or prepare meals ahead for the week, count one container per portion and add a few for ingredients and leftovers.
