Product Description
The Hikvision Rain Shield for KV8113 Video Intercom Station (DS-KABV8113-RS) is an aluminium alloy cover that keeps rain and moisture off a KV8113 series villa door station mounted outdoors.
What each spec means in practice
- Aluminium alloy with a corrosion-resistant finish: a metal shield made for long-term outdoor use.
- Surface, wall-mounted: it fixes to the wall using secure fixing points, so it suits door stations that are mounted on the wall surface.
- Fits the KV8113 series, including the DS-KV8113-WME1: the shield is designed to align with these door stations.
- Camera, microphone, speaker and card reader stay accessible: the cover protects the unit without taking away any of its functions.
What else you need
This is an accessory. It does nothing on its own, so you need a compatible KV8113 series door station, such as the DS-KV8113-WME1, to go with it.
Where it suits
Any position where the door station is exposed to the weather: building entrances, gates, residential properties and commercial access points. The shield protects the unit from rain, moisture and general environmental exposure. That supports reliable operation and can cut down on maintenance.
