The SPL-5 Lever Wire Connector 5 Port Terminal Block for CCTV Power (SKU SPL-5-5-GREY) lets you join and split low-voltage conductors in one small block. Here is what each spec means on a job.
Specs, and what they give you
- 5 independent ports: one block can take a supply cable and several outgoing cables, for example a feed from a power supply unit (PSU) and runs to separate cameras.
- 12V DC and 24V DC: it suits CCTV power at either voltage. Check that your PSU output is one of these two.
- Lever clamp: lift the lever, insert the conductor, close it. You do not need a screwdriver or crimp tool for the connection.
- Solid and stranded copper conductors: it accepts CCTV power cable, alarm cable and control wiring. Check that your cable has copper conductors.

What else you need
