What else you need
The cable carries the signal. It does not create it. To see 4K at 60Hz, the NVR must output that resolution and the monitor must be a 4K (UHD) model.
Build
The PVC jacket is 4.5-6mm OD (outer diameter) with moulded strain relief. It is flexible enough for cable trays alongside Cat5e and DC pigtails. It is RoHS compliant and tested for 10,000+ mating cycles.
