Product Description
This splitter set lets two nearby IP cameras share a single cable run back to your PoE (Power over Ethernet) switch. The set has two parts: a sender unit and a receiver unit.
How it works: the sender plugs into two open ports on your PoE switch. One cable then runs to the camera location. At that end, the receiver unit connects to two short cables, which link to your two cameras.
Where this helps
- Two cameras, one corner — if you're mounting a camera on each side of a corner, this avoids pulling two separate cables back to the switch.
- Adding a camera later — if you need a second camera next to an existing one, you only need to run a cable between the two cameras, not all the way back to the switch.
Weatherproofing
The receiver unit has weatherproof RJ45 connectors, so it can be left fully exposed to the weather outdoors — useful since this is the end that typically sits nearest the cameras.
Setup
Installation is plug and play: connect the sender at the switch end, run one cable, connect the receiver at the camera end. It's designed to work with standard PoE network switches — check your switch supports PoE before ordering.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can this run two separate cameras from one cable?
Yes — the sender plugs into two ports on your PoE switch, one cable runs out, and the receiver splits it into two short cable connections for two cameras.
Is the splitter waterproof?
The receiver unit has weatherproof RJ45 connectors and can be fully exposed outdoors; this is the unit that normally sits nearest the cameras.
Does it work with any network switch?
It only works on standard PoE network switches, since the sender unit needs two open PoE ports.
