Product Description
The Universal CCTV Dome Camera Mount Bracket Aluminum Wall Mount 200mm (SKU BRK-PIPE-L-SHAPE-200mm) fixes a dome camera to a wall. It is made of metal, not plastic.
What the specs mean in practice
- Heavy duty aluminium: a metal bracket is stronger and more weather resistant than a plastic one. The camera is less likely to shift or work loose over time.
- Weather resistant: suited to building exteriors, entrances, parking areas and perimeter security. It also works indoors.
- Universal mounting design: made for most dome and IP (internet protocol) security cameras. It supports various camera bases and mounting configurations.
- 200mm size: the dimension in the product name.
What else you need
The bracket is only the mount. You also need:
- A dome camera that suits the bracket's base.
- Screws and wall plugs that suit your wall. Brick, block, timber and cladding each need different fixings.
- A cable route from the camera to its recorder or network.
The bracket is used on residential, commercial and industrial CCTV (closed-circuit television) systems where a dome camera needs a wall mount.
