The IPBOX Grey IP65 Waterproof Junction Box 240×180×130mm is a PVC enclosure for housing cable joints, connectors and small electrical components outdoors.

IP65 means it's sealed against dust ingress and protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction — the level of protection relevant if this box sits on an exterior wall exposed to rain. It does not tell you anything about impact resistance or fire performance, so treat it purely as a weatherproofing spec.

What fits inside

Internal space is 240 × 180 × 130 mm. That's enough room for terminal blocks, a small PSU (power supply unit), or several cable joins — useful where a CCTV camera run needs a mid-point splice, or where a PoE (Power over Ethernet) injector needs to sit outside but stay dry. The box has no pre-cut glands: you drill your own entry points, so you choose exactly where cables enter and can match the hole to the gland or conduit you're already using.
