DynaScan DS491LT4 49" High Brightness Professional LCD Display

Brightness is measured in cd/m² (candelas per square metre). The DynaScan DS491LT4 49" High Brightness Professional LCD Display reaches up to 3500 cd/m² from an LED backlight, so the picture stays readable in direct sunlight or strong ambient light, such as a storefront window.

What each spec means on site

• 49 inch, 1920 × 1080 (Full HD): a sharp image at a size suited to retail frontages, transportation hubs and advertising displays.
• Ambient light sensor: brightness adjusts automatically to the surrounding light, which also reduces power use.
• Fanless cooling: no fan noise, and no fan to maintain on a screen that runs continuously.
• TrueColor factory calibration to the D65 standard: colours are set at the factory for accurate reproduction of adverts and branding.
• Integrated Android media player: content plays from the display itself, so no external computer or media device is needed for a single screen.
• DSM365 scheduling software support: content can be managed and scheduled remotely across a signage network.
• Narrow bezel, approximately 8.5 mm: keeps the gap between tiled screens small.

Planning a video wall

The display supports daisy-chain video walls of up to 15 × 15 screens. Work out your grid size against that limit first, then count panels.

For a single screen, the display and your content are enough to get started. For several screens, add DSM365 to schedule them from one place.
