Product Description

The BNC Female to Female Coupler Connector CCTV Coaxial Cable Joiner joins two coaxial cables that each end in a BNC male plug. BNC is the twist-lock connector found on CCTV coax. The result is one longer run, with no cutting and no re-terminating.

Key specs

  • Connector ends: female BNC at both ends
  • Cable: RG59 and RG6 coaxial
  • Video formats: analogue, HD-TVI, AHD and CVI
  • Body: precision metal
  • Shape: compact, inline

What that means in practice

Two male-ended cables go in and one continuous run comes out. Use it to extend a camera cable towards a digital video recorder (DVR), to join cable during maintenance, or to link equipment in a junction box or rack-mounted CCTV setup. The compact body is made to fit into junction boxes and cable runs.

What else you need

The coupler only joins cables. Both cables must already be terminated with BNC male plugs. Your camera and DVR need to work in one of the listed formats, and the cable should be RG59 or RG6.
