The HT-318 Modular Crimper Tool for RJ45 RJ11 RJ12 Network Connectors terminates modular plugs on Ethernet and telephone cable. It crimps, cuts and strips, so one tool handles the whole termination.

What the specs mean in use

• RJ45, RJ11 and RJ12 connectors. RJ45 is the plug on Ethernet leads. RJ11 and RJ12 are the smaller telephone-style plugs. One tool covers all three.
• CAT5e and CAT6 cable. CAT means category. These are the Ethernet grades commonly used for IP camera runs.
• Flat or round cable. Both cable shapes are supported.
• Hardened steel crimp dies. The dies press the plug contacts onto the conductors, giving a consistent, secure termination.
• Built-in cutter and stripper. Trim the cable end cleanly, then strip it ready for the plug.
