Product Description
The Festo QST-6-100 Push-In T-Connector for 6 mm Tube joins three pneumatic tubes, each with a 6 mm outside diameter, at one point.
What it does
One compressed-air supply tube goes into the connector. Two tubes leave it. That gives you a branch without a separate manifold, which suits pneumatic installations and automation equipment.
How the connections work
- Push-in ports: push the tube in to fit it.
- Blue release rings: press the ring to free the tube for removal.
- Stainless-steel gripping components: these hold the tube in place once it is fitted.
- NBR seals: NBR is nitrile butadiene rubber, a common seal material in air systems.
- PBT housing: PBT is polybutylene terephthalate, a plastic. It keeps the body light.
Before you order
All three ports take 6 mm outside diameter tube. Measure the outside of your tubing, not the bore. Tube of another outside diameter will not suit this connector.
