Product Description
The VESA 600x400 Ceiling Mount for 32-72 Inch TVs, Steel (SKU TV-BRK-HANGER-32-72-200x200-to-600x400MM) hangs a flat screen from above. It is for rooms where a wall mount is not an option.
What the specs mean for you
- 32 to 72 inch screens. Sizes are measured diagonally, so that is about 81 cm to 183 cm.
- VESA 200 × 200 to 600 × 400 mm. VESA (Video Electronics Standards Association) sets the spacing of the four mounting holes on the back of a display. Measure across and down between the holes in millimetres. If your TV's pattern falls inside this range, the holes line up with the bracket.
- Steel construction. It gives structural support for large televisions once fixed to a suitable ceiling.
- Ceiling hanging design. The screen is suspended overhead, not fixed flat to a wall.
- Display types. LED (light-emitting diode), LCD (liquid crystal display) and flat panel televisions.
What else you need
The ceiling carries the whole load. Check that the ceiling structure can take the combined weight of the bracket and your screen, and choose fixings to suit that ceiling. The bracket holds the display only, so power and video connections to the screen are separate.
It suits shops, restaurants, offices, reception areas and airports. Typical jobs are digital signage, information screens and surveillance monitor displays.
