Pastic Cable Ties 5x300mm White

Pastic Cable Ties 5x300mm White are nylon ties, 5mm wide and 300mm long (30cm). That puts them in the heavier-duty bracket: a wide strap and enough length to go round a thick bundle rather than a single cable.

What the size means in practice

• 5mm width – a broader, stiffer strap than the small ties used for patch leads. It suits bundles you want held firmly.
• 300mm length – room to loop around large cable bundles, with enough tail left to pull tight by hand or with a tensioning tool.
• White nylon – shows clearly against dark trunking and cable, and matches light-coloured surfaces.

Before you order

Work out the largest bundle you need to tie, then check it sits comfortably inside a 300mm tie. For bigger bundles, a longer tie is the better choice. A pair of side cutters will trim the tails flush once the tie is tensioned.
