AVERY Multipurpose Labels

AVERY Multipurpose Labels are 105 x 74mm, which is roughly the size of an A7 card: large enough for an address block, a short reference and a barcode-sized gap, without taking over a parcel face or a folder spine.

What the layout gives you

• 8 labels per A4 sheet. A4 is 210 x 297mm, so the sheet is cut into four rows of two.
• 105 x 74mm per label. That is 10.5 x 7.4cm of printable face for text, part numbers or a handwritten note.
• Laser and inkjet compatible. Either type of office printer will take the sheets.

Where they fit

The labels are made for three jobs: despatch labelling on boxes and envelopes, filing on folders and archive boxes, and general identification of items, shelves or bins.

For a stock room, one sheet covers eight bins. For an order desk, it covers eight parcels.

What you need alongside them

A laser or inkjet printer, and a document set up for 8 labels per A4 sheet so the text lands inside each 105 x 74mm label. Print a plain-paper test page first and hold it against a sheet to check the alignment before using the labels.
